  • Own frontend for a corporate group-health insurance platform — 10–15 modules, 15+ role-based pages; delivered 90% of a full UI/UX revamp from Figma.
  • Led the Angular 9 → 12 migration; built reusable components, role-based access, form validation, multi-level member approval, and enforced password-reset flows.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders on BRDs and change requests in a 2-person engineering team — own production deployments, Azure DevOps CI/CD, and release troubleshooting end-to-end.
  • Raised Lighthouse scores from 50–60 to 75+, resolved PDF-download failures in WebView, and built/deployed a new portal from scratch.

How I got here

Foundations

Before Angular and Spring Boot, there was an electrical engineering diploma, a factory floor, and a decision to switch fields entirely.

Aug – Nov 2021 B.Tech in progress

Machine Operator, Apprentice — Cipla Ltd.

Worked on a project applying machine learning to medicine manufacturing, while my B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering was already running in parallel — my first real exposure to where software and AI intersect with hardware, and the spark that pointed me toward development.

Left the apprenticeship, kept building — Independent self-study

Stepped away from the factory floor to go deep on open-source software and web development fundamentals alongside ongoing B.Tech coursework, and decided to commit to software as a career.

PROBLEM — amusement-park ride booking needed secure, role-based backend operations, not just CRUD.

Secure REST APIs for location-based search, slot booking, and dynamic pricing, with JWT-based authentication and role-based authorization throughout.
